Surfwatch

The property is located in the gated island community of Kiawah. The 3,500 sq.ft. house is designed for a speculative client that would be typical for this community. The design intent is to capture the rear views of the golf course and pond. This is accomplished by creating openness and outdoor living spaces in the rear of the house.
